Modification Policy
- Once an order is placed, if you wish to change or modify the order, please reach out to our team by giving us a call on +91 22 6952 3772 immediately.
- Any order that has been shipped cannot be modified.
Cancellation Policy
Any order that is shipped cannot be cancelled.
To cancel your order before it is shipped, follow these steps on the portal:
Go to Orders → Select Order → Order Details → Cancel Order Or contact our support team at +91 22 6952 3772.
Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy
- Returns and replacements are accepted only if you have received the wrong or damaged product.
- Please provide an image of the incorrect or damaged product to raise a request for a replacement or refund.
- The image should be clear for detailed investigation.
- The image shall be sent to support@ohlogy.in, including other order details such as order ID, image attached, Name, Contact Number (used to place the order), and any other if required.
- Any return request raised shall take 5–7 business days to initiate.
- You may receive a call from our team related to the returning request of your order. Ensure you provide necessary details for a smooth return process.
- Please check to see if the product(s) you wish to return are eligible for return. You can check if the product is returnable on the Product page of the item on the portal.
- Any initiated refund shall be processed online only. Please check your account statement for refund confirmation.
- The return and refund are initiated only once the packaging is received at its origin.
- You can track the status of your order return and refund on the ‘Order Details’ page.
- The refund into the account is processed within 48 – 72 hours after the order is returned to its origin.
- The return request window is open for 10 days from the date of delivery.
- For any other assistance related to your order, click on the ‘Need Help’ section on the portal or call us on +91 22 6952 3772.
- Select the item you want to return. Mention the quantity and the reason for return.
- We may contact you to understand the issue with your order before approving your return or replacement request.
- Once the return request is approved, we’ll arrange the pickup within 24 – 48 hours, or on your preferred pickup date.
- Please keep the return item ready in the original packaging sent by Akidha, with the invoice included inside the package.
- Missing, damaged, or tampered invoices of any order shall not be eligible for return or replacement.
- After we receive the returned item (usually within 5–7 days), the order shall be verified by the team.
- A refund will be deposited into your bank account within 48 to 72 hours after successful verification.
What Items Cannot Be Returned?
- Products that are opened, partially used, damaged, or tampered with cannot be returned.
- If the seal, packaging, box, or any accessories (including free gifts) are missing or altered, the return will not be accepted
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personal care and baby care items
- Healthcare devices (e.g., glucometers, test strips, thermometers, oximeters)
- COVID-related essentials
- Cold storage products (due to required temperature control)
